Luca is a graduate candidate of the master of International Affairs at the Hertie School of Governance (Berlin, Germany) and an exchange student at the Elliott School. He is specializing in international security, with a particular focus on European defense and strategic autonomy. Prior to his master studies, he gained working experience in EU institutions and security think tanks in different countries of Europe.
