Leonardo Pell

Leonardo Pell is an undergraduate student at the Elliott School of International Affairs with a major in International Affairs and a minor in international business with an interest in security policy, diplomacy, and conflict resolution. His main areas of interest are Europe and Eurasia. He is fluent in Russian and English and currently works as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute of European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies.
