Jack Lindstrom is a researcher of the Pacific and Arctic, with an emphasis on the dual-use of technology and vessels in the maritime domain. He is a Master's candidate at the University of California, San Diego, as well as the founder of Arctic Ledger. His work is published through CIMSEC, the National Institute for Deterrence Studies, and the Center for Maritime Strategy.
