Gregory Arcuri works at the intersection of public policy and advanced technology, with a focus on semiconductors, industrial R&D, and innovation-driven economic development.

At Natcast, he manages membership engagement for a national R&D consortium, helping coordinate prototyping access, workforce development initiatives, and strategy to support CHIPS Act implementation.

Previously, at CSIS’s Renewing American Innovation, he led program operations and contributed to research on science funding and strategic competition. Greg was the founding editor of the Delta Foreign Affairs Newsletter and holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
