Assessing US-Mexico Security Cooperation

On Wednesday, February 22nd, The Onero Institute hosted several expert speakers to discuss Mexican-American security cooperation, a discussion which was broadcasted live on C-SPAN. These specialists spoke about transnational issues and provided insight on how to best solve them through cooperative policy making.

We’re so grateful to our guest speakers Stephanie Brewer of WOLA, Inigo Guevara of the Atlantic Council, and Gema Kloppe-Santamaría of George Washington University, and our moderator, Isaiah Nielsen. It was a pleasure to cosponsor this exciting event with LATAM at GW, Latin American and Hemispheric Studies Program, the Mexican Students Association, Elliott’s Security Policy Studies Program, the Security Policy Studies Program, and Student Board.
