Elad Raymond is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Onero Institute. He
graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University (2022), with
a B.A. in International Affairs, a concentration in Conflict Resolution, and a minor
in Geographic Information Systems. At GW, he was selected for the Elliott School’s
Dean’s Scholars Program, completing his thesis on migration between the United
States and Israel in the 20th and 21st centuries.

In addition to his work at the Onero Institute, Elad serves as Senior Donor Engagement Associate at Israel Policy Forum, a policy organization that works to shape the discourse and mobilize support for a viable two-state outcome to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

He has previously worked at the Institute for Middle East Studies and is an alumnus of SEGL (2016). He is based in Brooklyn, NY.
