Hailing from Seattle, Andrew Ma is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer
of the Onero Institute. An alumnus of Williams College, he majored in
political science and concentrated in international relations, American
foreign policy, justice and law studies, and science and technology studies.
He previously worked at Perkins Coie LLC and Publicis Groupe. He is
currently studying at The George Washington University Law School.
